After working together on previous projects, our lovely client was ready to settle down into her forever home. 

An Australian classic, this Californian bungalow was looking for love.

Retaining it's original charm was high on the priority list, but more importantly, we worked closely to future proof this dream home for a growing family (baby incoming!) 

A rework of the original interior allowed us to create a quiet zone for sleeping quarters connected by a corridor with glimpses to the outside. This ‘glazed portal’ signals the transition from the old to the new, opening up into the heart of the home. 

A modest, yet functional open plan living, kitchen and dining room awaits.
